Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment - this is handled by our secure credit card processing facility with Protx.

Shipping And Handling UK Shipping. All UK orders are delivered for £7.49


We aim to dispatch orders the day after the order is received. We do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays (we need a break too!).

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch the next day on all orders received before noon.

Delivery times for UK deliveries are typically 2-3 working days from the date of placing of the order. At all times we try to send your package to you as quickly as possible.
Back Orders If an item is out of stock and a delivery is excpected in a couple of days we will hold your order until it is ready to be shipped in its entirity (unless you request otherwise).

If the item will not be back in stock for more than a couple of days we will send as much of your order as we can, and then ship the remaining product as soon as we receive it. Alternatively, if there is a similar product available, we reserve the right to substitute this for the product ordered.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

We do not receive any credit card information ourselves - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of manufacturing processes, the fact that we are not always provided with complete information and the fact that nature of the environment in which we operate, it is impossible to absolutely guarantee that any of our products that we sell are 100% free of any traces of nuts whatsoever.

Please note: we do our best to ensure that all products are sent out in perfect condition - we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat.
